Installation of your new photocopier

We recommend that we install all Canon systems to be as productive, efficient and cost effective as possible by implementing the following Standard features:

  • Default to Duplex printing (save 40% per month on your paper costs)
  • Default all prints to Black (Your users only choose Colour when required)
  • Set up ID modes to monitor print usage by user / department (This will cut out prohibited printing)
  • Set up print profiles for individuals / departments through ID mode (This will strictly limit Colour usage)
  • Set up fax divert to email (This saves you money by eliminating the printing of unnecessary faxes)
  • Print to Mailboxes where available (This gives you Secure Printing which is password protected)
  • Set up auto print delete on Mailboxes where available (uncollected print jobs will be automatically deleted after a specified period of time)
  • Set up RUI's on all users machines (The Remote User Interface will allow all users to check the availability of a machine from their desktop)
  • Set up Canon eMaintenance (This Standard Canon Software allows us to monitor your photocopier remotely, 24/7)

We will set up a unique Customer log-in for you on our web-based service system which will allow you or your users to log and track service calls, monitor your service history and obtain meter readings on your photocopier 24/7.
