Installation of your multiple printers on site

We further recommend that for all installations where 5 machines or more exist that we install Canon IW Management Console which is “Free Canon Print Management software”. 

Canon ImageWare Management Console(iWMC) is a very powerful piece of Software. We will outline for you the requirements of the Computer or server that you need to run IWMC along with the Microsoft application that you will need to set up before hand. One of our print consultants will need 2-3 hours to set it up. 

Canon ImageWare Management Console(iWMC) sits on the server and relays information about your print fleet to one or more email addresses. It gives you total visibility of your print fleet from your desktop. 

It reports errors and it can send information regarding consumables to chosen addresses (for example Office Technology's address for re-ordering).

It has an address book for email addresses and fax numbers and you can ghost out different sets of addresses to different users. 

It has a tool to manage your print drivers. It can also manage non Canon products on the Network.

There are a number of ways in which we can help your organisation: 

1. One simple phone number (01 4604444) for Support on service issues and common customer usage issues.

2: Our Chat line (please see the blue box on the left hand side of this page) is open each day from 09.00 - 17.30 to allow your users to ask questions. 

3: Our website has a number of video demonstrations on common user issues. We intend to develop this section further in the future.

4: We will set up a personal customer log-in as mentioned above on our web based service system.

Toner Management:

1: Our in-house staff will monitor your toner usage and liaise with your staff and keep your toner levels at the appropriate minimum stock level at all times.

2: If you would like us to install Canon eMaintenance, toner can be monitored through this service system also.

3: Apart from the above your users can order toner on line 24/7
